    • Digital Data Designed can build custom reports to your request. Your requested Reports beyond our included set may require our Enhanced Reporting depending on the features required to execute.​

  • MONTHLY - EXCLUSIVE Basic & Advanced Video/Text Tips & Tutorials emailed every month and made accessible within our Subscriber Only content section

  • QUARTERLY - Planned Review Call with a key member of your team to review the last quarter utilization of ServiceM8, recommendations made, and goals for the next quarter

  • $100 off implementation when signing up before implementation complete

  • 10% discount on implementation line items including consultation hours, training, ServiceM8 Service, Form & Document Projects (up to $150)

+ Support Includes

  • $40/instance support fee is waved

  • Have all of your devices centrally managed using Mobile Device Management (MDM - Learn more about MDM from Apple).

    • This service can include all of your devices (BYOD or Supervised) under a single profile. 5 devices are included with the plan with additional devices costing $2/mo. Additional profiles may incur additional one time costs.

    • Our plans include basic MDM support. Full supervision of devices only available if Digital Data Designed acquires your hardware for you.

  • Unlimited requests to Digital Data Designed via phone/email/screen-share for questions on ServiceM8 issues, best practices, basic updates to ServiceM8 Implementation Settings & Digital Data Designed Implemented Items (less than 5 changes to Services, Forms, Documents, etc)

  • Support request will be made via provided Service Link

  • Requests will be responded to promptly; generally within 24 hours, if not within 3 hours

Enhanced Reporting adds additional features to our Live Reporting Including

  • Upload Data from other sources​

    • Sometimes you have data from sources other than ServiceM8 or not from one of the platforms our reporting currently connects with. This option allows you upload more data to be used within your reporting!
  • Merge Reports

    • Sometimes we need to related data from 2 different reports that come from 2 different data sets. Merge Reports allows us to do just that, merge the data into a single and more powerful report.​

  • Multi-Currency

    • Your business spans multiple countries with different currencies? Don't worry, we got you covered!​

  • Statistical Forecasting​​

  • One subscription per ServiceM8 Account or Franchisee ServiceM8 Account

  • Optional Monthly or Planned Quarterly Calls are to be scheduled in advanced. If a call is not scheduled within 7 days after receiving the provided link by a member of your team, that call will be cancelled until the next scheduled time
